Vermillion Downtown Streetscape Progress

At the intersection of Market Street and Main Street downtown Vermillion there is a lot of underground work happening. Crews have been working on water main, storm sewer and electrical work over the past few weeks. There are two monuments being installed currently. The concrete was placed on July 23rd. The CorTrust monument is over 16 feet tall and will have a brick façade and backlit sign. Concrete work will continue to progress with an emphasis on sidewalks and business access. As the underground work wraps up this week, the paving and concrete work will start to shape up quickly.
