Imani Ridge is a private residential development unlike anything else in Sioux Falls. “Imani” is Swahili for “faith” and ties the de-veloper’s family to Africa where they volunteer countless hours of community building on an annual basis. Visitors or those blessed to call Imani Ridge home are greeted by a beautifully landscaped entrance wall, guard tower, and gated access before crossing over old town hall pavers into the development. A tree lined roadway and limestone property corner monuments guide you down the road to an enlarged cul-de-sac. The middle of the cul-de-sac is built up to 6’ above the roadway with tiered land-scape beds built with re-claimed railroad bridge abutment limestone blocks found on site. Landscape tree up lighting and his-toric looking streetlights help create a unique ambiance in the native landscape even at night.
Stockwell assisted the developer in all aspects of the development from concept to creation and worked with the city to ensure all requirements were met for this one-of-a-kind development.
